Jadur Dunia Return Policy:

We are committed to ensuring every purchase you make with us is satisfactory. However, if there is any manufacturing defect in a product, it does not function correctly, or the color or size differs from your order, you may be eligible for an exchange or return. If you find a missing product or receive an incorrect product, please check and confirm this with the delivery personnel or capture an unboxing video to provide proof. Without an unboxing video, claims regarding missing items, broken items, or different products will not be accepted. For clarity, we strongly recommend recording the unboxing of your package.

We offer a 7-day replacement warranty on most products from Jadur Dunia. Additionally, many products come with a specified warranty period, which becomes effective from the date of receipt.

Conditions Where Return, Exchange, Warranty, and Refund Are Not Applicable:

  • If the product has physical damage or burns
  • Any kind of software or digital products
  • Products purchased in a clearance sale
  • If the intact seal or sticker of the product is removed
  • Undergarments or related items
  • Accessories such as chargers or adapters included with the product
  • Free gifts or promotional items provided as bonuses
  • Products with scratches or marks that make them non-resellable
  • Compatibility issues with third-party hardware or software that are not default features of the product

If you discover any issue after receiving the product, kindly inform us as soon as possible in writing. For serious issues, email is prioritized, but for minor issues or queries on product operation, feel free to contact our call center or inbox us on Facebook.

When returning a product, it must include all original packaging, accessories, warranty card, stickers, labels, and any included gifts. Ensure the product is properly packed; do not apply tape directly on the product’s box. You may send the product to our office via courier or deliver it personally. If we offer to pick up the product from your location, pre-payment for courier charges will be required.

The returned product must be in resellable condition. If any parts are missing or the box is damaged, the return will not be accepted. Once the returned product is received and checked, we will process the refund within 72 hours if everything is in order.

For faulty products, Jadur Dunia will cover the delivery charges (Tk 55 within Dhaka, Tk 85 outside Dhaka; any additional courier charges are the responsibility of the customer). However, for returns due to a change of mind or other personal reasons, the customer will bear all courier and payment settlement charges.

If the customer has received any cashback or gift with the order, it must be returned upon processing the refund. The cashback amount will be deducted from the refund amount.
